It is not Mr.Obama’s job

We have not heeded the wise counsel and admonitions of one of our Founding Fathers, Thomas Jefferson and we have allowed the government to become the criminal. It’s not Mr.Obama’s job to provide or find you a job. It’s not Mr.Obama’s job to pay you when you don’t have one. It is not Mr.Obama’s job to hold your hand when you are down. It certainly isn’t Mr.Obama’s job to provide you with health care, Medicare, Medicaid, social security, welfare or student loans, nor is it his job to force you into vaccinations for alleged world pandemics. We are Americans. We are supposed to be able to hold our own heads up. We are supposed to be our own salvation. That’s what separates us from the rest of the people of the world. We are a can do country, or were until we succumbed to the siren call of free “gifts” from the criminals in government.

To continue, it’s not Mr.Obama’s job to bail out banks and businesses with your money. It is not Mr.Obama’s job to interfere in the free markets or nationalize businesses. It is not the Mr.Obama’s job to print money that is not backed up by anything. It is not Mr.Obama’s job to use the monies contained in the U. S. Treasury to buy your votes. It is not Mr.Obama’s, Ms.Pelosi’s or Mr.Reid’s job to ratify treaties that are in direct conflict with the U. S. Constitution, but they do it anyway. It is not Mr.Obama’s job to allow American benefits to flow to illegal aliens, or grant them amnesty for flaunting our generosity and our laws.

At least here in America, these are not authorized government jobs by a president or a U. S. Congress, because we have a Constitution that significantly limits their jobs and thus their power. If you think that Mr.Obama, Ms.Pelosi and Mr.Reid have this authority, you are not only wrong, you do not understand the responsibilities embedded in the words "freedom" and “liberty”. That lack of understanding of what freedom really means by the body politic, could very well seal the fate of a once-free America and will probably bring an end to the last great hope of mankind ..... if we let it.

What IS Mr.Obama’s and government’s job and the limits on their authority, are fully enumerated in Article I, Section 8, Clauses 1 through 17 of the U. S. Constitution, as listed below:

Clause 1: The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

Clause 2: To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

Clause 3: To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

Clause 5: To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

Clause 6: To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

Clause 8: To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

Clause 9: To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

Clause 10: To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

Clause 11: To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

Clause 12: To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

Clause 13: To provide and maintain a Navy;

Clause 14: To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

Clause 15: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

Clause 16: To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

Clause 17: To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings ......"

Mr.Obama and company are also charged with protecting the American people against all enemies, foreign or domestic. They have a solemn duty to protect our borders, enforce our immigration laws and deport those who would break them.

These are the jobs, duties and authority of Mr.Obama and the U. S. Government. But the smart politicians, always eager to expand their power, in the last 100 years, perverted a couple of the clauses in the constitution and one of those clauses was not even in the body of the Constitution itself, but stood all alone in the Constitution’s Preamble. That clause went like this: “..... and promote the general welfare” and promote they have. The other clause the government perverted, way beyond the original intent of the Founding Fathers, was the Commerce Clause found in Clause 2 of the enumerated powers. With the U. S. Supreme Court’s help, government has turned just about everything under the Sun, into a Commerce Clause issue and has expanded its powers over the states and the people, exponentially.

The reason we find ourselves in the dilemma we are now in, is because we allowed government to take on jobs it had no authority to do. We fell prey to the most insidious of all internal enemies, getting something for nothing, paid for by the sweat, blood and tears of others. But what we got in return were chains around our feet and ankles. We the people allowed the government to buy our votes with our own money. We the People, of our own free will, gave the government the chains and the locks that they have used to enslave us. Mr.Obama and the U. S. Congress are just doing what we have allowed others in government to do, for far too long. If there is anyone to blame, it is we the people.

The question is, what are we the people going to do about it. What are we going to do to "stuff" government back within the enumerated powers of the U. S. Constitution and take our rightful role as the Consent of the Governed, once again? As strange as it seems, after so many years of government waste, fraud, abuse and corruption, the true patriots of America are finally waking up to what has been wrought upon them by the criminals in government and significant “change" hangs in the air. But not the irrational, mystic "hope" and “change” promised by Mr.Obama and all of his socialist friends who are determined to transform America into a socialist Utopia ..... if we let them.

This is not Mr.Obama’s America. This is the free people’s America and we the people have no intention of letting an “Mr.Obama” transform it into his image. His dropping poll numbers are beginning to tell the real story of this false Messiah of hope and change. He’s finding out the hard way that the “jobs” he has taken on and has tried to shove down our collective American throats, were not his jobs to do in the first place ...... were they?
