Wake Up People! Medical Fascism May Be Headed Your Way.

The spirit of Senator Ted Kennedy lives on and the U.S. appears to be headed into medical fascism with Massachusetts leading the way. This comes with the passage of state Bill 2028 , commonly referred to as the “Pandemic Response Bill”, which is awaiting approval in the House. Bill 2028 suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens. It forces anyone “suspected” of being infected to submit to interrogations, “decontaminations” and vaccines. It’s also sets fines up to $1,000 per day and possible imprisonment for anyone refusing to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. Violation of 4th Amendment:Illegal search and seizure : ”During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority…may exercise authority…to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close...

L’shanah tovah

Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year (literally “head of the year”), is a Biblical holiday that occurs on the first and second of Tishri (September or October). Rosh Hashanah is the day that God created man. Rosh Hashanah is a time to begin introspection, looking back at the mistakes of the past year and planning the changes to make in the new year. The Bible refers to the holiday as Yom Ha-Zikkaron (the day of remembrance) or Yom Teruah (the day of the sounding of the shofar). The holiday is instituted in Leviticus 23:24-25. No work is permitted on Rosh Hashanah. Much of the day is spent in synagogue. where the regular daily prayers are expanded. There is a special prayer book called the Machzor used for Rosh Hashanah. Religious services for the holiday focus on the concept of God’s sovereignty. Another popular observance during this holiday is eating apples dipped in honey, a symbol of our wish for a sweet new year. Another popular practice of the holiday is Tashlikh (”casting off”)....

Happy Constitution Day!

Every September 17 is Constitution Day , when America celebrates the important day—now 222 years ago—when the framers of the Constitution signed the document that has endured (more or less) as the longest-living constitution in the world. But you wouldn’t know it by looking at the Chief Executive’s website. I’ve searched the White House’s website for at least a “hat tip” in honor of today. Instead, I found on the WH site Barack Obama’s full-court press on the health care plan that would further extend the power of the federal government beyond the boundaries set in the Constitution. Appropriate, then, that he has neglected to give lip service to the Constitution because he is too busy campaigning for another unconstitutional power grab that subverts the “supreme law of the land.” Of course, the blame for unconstitutional government programs must be checked and balanced against the two other branches of government. Congress, particularly this one, is usually all to eager to over...
